Returns + Shipping
Do you accept returns?
Yes! You may return any product within 30 days of receiving it as long as it is in new and unused condition. We do not charge restocking fees; however, we are not able to refund any shipping costs.
How do I return a product?
To start, please Contact Us for an RMA number by sending an email directly to firstname.lastname@example.org. (We will NOT be able to process your refund if you skip this step).
Refunds are processed within 2-3 business days of receiving your returned product at our warehouse. The refund credit will be issued to the method of payment (Paypal or Credit Card) used to make the original purchase. Please note: We are not liable for lost packages that do not make it back to our warehouse, we recommend using a trackable shipping method so you will have a tracking number for your records (We suggest USPS which is usually the least expensive ship method).
When will my order ship?
In-stock orders typically ship within 24 hours Monday through Friday. We do not have the resources to ship on Saturdays or Sundays, nor do we ship on select U.S. holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Day for example) if you feel as though your order may fall on one of these holidays, please contact us to discuss additional options and arrangements.
Shipping Australia and Singapore
Packages shipped to Australia and Singapore ship via Australian Post. Packages typically take 5-10 business days to arrive. They can arrive a bit sooner or later depending on where they are going, and the arrival destinations shipping and receiving structures. At this time, Australian Post does not guarantee delivery dates or times for this option, though we are always working towards providing the best and most reliable solutions for our global community!

Duties, Custom, and VAT:
International shipments may be subject to import charges (Duties, Customs tariffs, and VAT) which are set by the destination country. We are unable to collect additional duties and taxes during the purchasing and checkout process and therefore customers are responsible to cover any additional charges provided by your country of residence, which must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs.
